The National Behavior Change Communication Working Group (BCC WG)

The National Behavior Change Communication Working Group (BCC WG) was formed in 2007 by the Ministry of Health as a platform for health implementing partners to share knowledge and experiences around health communication (Health Promotion and Education). Under the leadership of the Ministry of Health, the BCC WG has since held quarterly meetings, bringing together numerous partners to discuss health promotion and education around selected health issues. Currently, the BCC WG is co-chaired by the USAID supported Communication for Healthy Communities (CHC) project.

  2. To provide technical oversight and input into the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of HC interventions.
  3. To enhance knowledge management and sharing in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of HC interventions.
